Hawk & Chicks is a paid, offline, single-player game. The developer operates no backend that receives your data, runs no analytics, shows no advertising, and offers no in-app purchases. Everything the game knows about you stays on your device.

The app makes no network requests of its own. Specifically, Hawk & Chicks does not collect:
Your level progress, star ratings, feathers, unlocked eagle looks, and settings are stored locally. Deleting the app deletes them.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, the same progress data is also stored in your personal iCloud Key-Value Storage so it can follow you to your other devices. This data lives in your own iCloud account, is managed by Apple, and is never visible to the developer. You can turn it off in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → Hawk & Chicks.
The game is bought once from the App Store. The developer never sees your payment details. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual currencies for sale — feathers are earned only by playing.
The game contains no chat, no links to external sites, no third-party content, and no purchases. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Settings → Data → Reset Progress clears your level progress, feathers, and Endless Yard best on the device (and, through iCloud, on your other devices). Deleting the app removes everything it stored locally.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
