Frequently asked

How do I catch a chick?

Drag the left stick to fly over a chick, then hold the orange dive button. The eagle drops toward the ground; touching a chick catches it. Release the button to climb back up. Each dive catches one chick, and diving drains stamina, so let it refill between swoops.

The hens keep pecking me.

Hens can only reach a low-flying eagle. Stay high while you line up, dive straight onto a chick, and climb right away. Lose all hearts and the level is over — turn on Relaxed Mode in Settings for five hearts and 50% more time.

What does the hover button do?

Tap it to mark every chick on the field for a moment. It's the answer to the rainy night and the woods, where chicks are hard to spot.

How do stars work?

Each level awards up to three stars based on how fast you finish. The pre-level screen shows your best time and the three-star target. Stars also earn feathers: three per star, every time you clear a level.

What are feathers for?

Feathers on the ground restore stamina during a level. Feathers you bank — from pickups, stars, and Endless Yard runs — unlock the Golden Eagle (30) and Shadow Eagle (60) looks in Settings. They cannot be bought.

Some levels say "carry it to the nest".

On the nest levels a catch only counts once you fly the chick over the big pine tree with the nest in its crown. Carrying slows you down and blocks diving, and a peck makes you drop the chick — so avoid the hens on the way home.

What is Endless Yard?

A mode with no target and no timer: chicks keep spawning faster and more hens join every 35 seconds. Catch as many as you can before your hearts run out. Your best score is kept and every run pays feathers.

Can I play left-handed or make the buttons bigger?

Yes — Settings → Gameplay has Left-handed Controls (stick on the right, buttons on the left) and a Control Size picker with three sizes.

Does my progress sync between devices?

Yes, through your own iCloud Key-Value Storage, if iCloud is enabled on both devices. The developer never sees it. Settings → Data → Reset Progress clears everything if you want a fresh start.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later, in landscape. On iPad the menus scale up to match the bigger screen.
