BeatAI Games is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

Data Collection

BeatAI Games does not collect:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Health or fitness data

Local Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Game scores and leaderboard entries
  • Custom strategy configurations
  • Audio and display preferences
  • Downloaded AI model files (optional)

This data is never transmitted to any server.

Network Access

The app connects to the internet only when you choose to download an AI language model. Model files are downloaded from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) via HTTPS. No personal data is sent during this process.

All AI inference runs entirely on your device. No game data, strategies, or gameplay information is ever sent to any server.

In-App Purchases

BeatAI Games offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("BeatAI Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Third-Party Services

BeatAI Games does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

BeatAI Games does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is suitable for all ages.
